Welcome to my On-The-Go Fitness series! 

Here you will find simple exercises that use travel friendly equipment or body weight only, making them easy to do pretty much anywhere!

Resistance bands: Legs + abs

Resistance band workouts are one of my all-time favorite things to do while traveling. They are lightweight, cheap, easy to pack, and offer a huge variety in exercises you can do while on the go.

Here’s the breakdown for this workout:

 – Squat Walks + Squat Jumps (10 total)

– Adductor Isolations (right side, left side, together) (10 each)

– Squat Jacks (10)

– Single-Leg Lunge Jump (8 each side)

– Glute Bridges (8)

– Abs: Single-Leg Scissor (6-8 reps each side)

– Abs: Reverse Leg Lifts (6-8 reps total)

** Do this entire circuit 3-5 times through! **
